Shimano Revo twist shifters are intuitively easy to use with a quick flick of the wrist; Shimano derailleurs shift smoothly through all 21 gears for smooth pedaling
Versatile Kenda tires provide a smooth and stable ride over a variety of riding surfaces
Suspension seatpost and Avenir Comfort saddle maximize sitting comfort

Comments about Raleigh Venture 3.0 Step-Through Women's Bike - 2012:

This bike is super eyecatching, comfortable and so far durable. The geometry fits me very well. This is a true hybrid bike, comfort bike styling and gears like a serious bike. Hills are no trouble and this bike is so smooth. I don't regret the purchase one bit. For now I'm working my way from a casual rider to a commuter and knowing my newish work location is the biggest hold up to that not my beautiful bicycle.
