Comments about Giro Xen Mountain Bike Gloves - Men's:
After a few months of riding these gloves, a small hole opened up in the base of the palm after a fall onto a rough patch of trail. I had read a bunch of reviews of these, so I thought this might happen, but decided to keep using them til the rip grew and they were really unrideable. I've been wearing these for almost 2 years now, and they're holding up great; the hole is now almost the size of a dime, but it doesn't effect my riding at all. I ride mainly XC and Trail, and I have taken some more spills with these, and they just keep on ticking. I bought a second pair on sale when the glove ripped, but still haven't brought myself to cracking 'em open.

Comments about Giro Xen Mountain Bike Gloves - Men's:
I picked up a pair of these while visiting Seattle from Vancouver BC. I choose these ones because they seemed the most comfortable out of the assortment that REI carried; however, I realized that some rubber pads had peeled off when I got home. Just to see how tightly bound the other pads were, I tried peeling those, and they came off pretty easily. While these gloves were extremely comfy and snazzy, the build quality is questionable (Made in Vietnam). Now I need to drive down to the USA to return them Arghhh!!!
While giro makes the best helmets that I have ever used (Remedy/Xen), I will be staying away from their other products for now.
