The REI Mojave 10°F sleeping bag features warm goose-down and a relaxed fit for ultimate comfort.
- Designed for women with a narrow cut at the shoulders and extra width at the hips
- Compressible, lightweight 600-fill-power goose down is distributed efficiently to maximize warmth
- Box baffle construction allows the goose down to remain fully lofted and keeps it from shifting, preventing cold spots
- Relaxed fit from hip to knees increases comfort by providing space to move around in
- Contoured hood with differentiated drawcords (1 round and 1 flat) enable quick and easy hood and neck adjustments, even in the dark

Very cozy and comfortable. I tend to sleep on my side or on my stomach with one leg kicked out slightly, so I was surprised that I had as much room as I did in, especially in the foot box. I haven't played around with the hood much, but I don't like the mummified feeling so I can't help there. The zipper works ok but can easily snag. I think this will only be a problem if I try to rush it and not pay attention to what I'm doing. Folds up nicely and fits in the bottom of my pack, no problem. Considering I ordered this when outlet purchases were an additional 20% off, I'm very pleased with this product for what I paid.

I like this sleeping bag overall, but there are a few things that a potential buyer should be aware of. This sleeping bag is very snug, and as a mummy bag does not provide any extra leg room. Also, I went camping in 30 degree weather, and I was pretty cold without a hat and warm clothing on. It does not pack down very small, even with a compression sack. Otherwise, it has a great hood that keeps out cold air, and it is ideal for forty degree camping.

Following up on my earlier review: just used this bag on an overnight trip on the AT where the low dipped into the upper 20s. The bag fit nicely in the bottom of my pack, and its extra couple of ounces in weight versus lighter bags didn't slow me down. It fluffed right up, and with some base layers and an extra pair of wool socks (I tend to run cold), I settled in for the night. I take back what I said about the zipper snagging easily; after a few warm-up zips, I had no problems at all with the zipper. Adjusting the zipper and the hood were very easy to do in the dark. I used a small pillow in the hood and wound up cinching it around my head with one pull on the string. Doing so kept me warm through the night; my toes never once got cold. That alone earns this bag my praise. The only time I got the chills was when I rolled over, but that's to be expected. I have purchased a liner for an exta boost of warmth, as I cannot see going below 20 degrees in this bag (hence 4 stars instead of 5), but the liner will serve as its own bag for those warm, muggy nights. All in all, this bag is worth the price. I highly recommend it.
