Comments about prAna Indigena Natural Yoga Mat:
This mat is alright. There is minimal slipping when I practice on it; however, the smell has never fully dissipated. If I practice on it in the morning, I can still smell the rubber on my hands and body for the rest of the day...or until I can grab a shower. Just FIY...this may is really REALLY long. If I had realized how long it was I might have gotten a different mat (but I'm only 5ft tall).

Comments about prAna Indigena Natural Yoga Mat:
So far I like this mat. It smells a little at first, but the smell is not bad and is mostly gone. It's a less slippery than normal mats and has a wood-grain texture. It's also a bit larger which is good for me. Overall a good mat.

Comments about prAna Indigena Natural Yoga Mat:
I did more research and test drives on a new yoga mat than I did when buying a car. I wanted a mat that will last a long time and with stand my yogaisms. I like alignment, I am the weirdo that makes sure her mat is perfectly straight, I like a solid foundation; squishy, cushion not my thing. Considerations when committing to a "real" mat.
Indigena mat = not as heavy as other natural rubber mats, the texture not slippy, smell; yes, but not so bad. I chose the indigena because it is a bit lighter than the competitors of its class. Prana's no ?'s asked return policy, and price. If buying a bag for your new mat verify that the bag can accomodate a larger mat 26" wide.
