      Can't believe I'm writing the first review for this awesome wardrobe piece--perhaps folks are disconcerted by it being marketed as a dress and for most folks this is likely to be a light top layer/jacket/vest. But however you wear it, this is SO cute and flattering and I've been stopped on the street to ask where I got it when I was wearing it w/o the sleeves over simple slip dress on a cool summer evening. I had been eyeballing it online before the price was reduced and then bit the bullet when I saw the price reduction. So glad I did! It's a very thin non-lined waterproof(?) fabric w/ a great texture, so it doesn't look plastic-y. It cinches in under the bust w/ ties so you can customize the look and the hood lays in flattering type cowl in the front. I'm very much looking foward to wearing it as a second layer--kind of like an interesting dress/tunic--over a T and leggings when the weather gets cooler, with the sleeves or without (though so far I've only worn it without the sleeves), depending on what I'm wearing underneath. And I can imagine that this will be GREAT for traveling--no wrinkles, versatile for layering/temp changes. I'm a curvy 6-8 and I bought the Medium and it seems perfect for layering--though I wonder if the small would be a bit more fitted?
