The barefoot-inspired Merrell Dash Glove road-running shoes feature a minimalist construction to help keep you connected to the ground as you run.
- Synthetic leather and nylon mesh uppers combine a glovelike fit with maximum breathability to keep your feet comfortable all day long; rubber toe bumpers protect feet
- External TPU overlays and synthetic leather rear-foot sling work in conjunction with the internal support construction to provide stability, support and midfoot security
- Durable Water Repellent finish causes water to bead up and roll off
- Reflective hits increase visibility in low light
- Nylon spandex and microfiber linings ensure excellent in-shoe comfort
- Integrated microfiber footbed treated with AEGIS Microbe Shield® antimicrobial solution to deter odor development
- 4mm thick EVA midsoles provide cushioning that makes outdoor adventures easy on your feet; Merrell Dash Glove shoes have a 0mm heel to ball drop
- Merrell Dash Glove road-running shoes have Vibram® Road Glove nonmarking rubber soles for excellent grip and durability

If you run on your toes and have strong ankles and arches these are great running shoes, for pavement or trails. I run less than 6 miles a day in them on pavement but over 6 miles a day in them on trails...through mud,snow, or rain..and so far my feet have stayed dry. I have high arches and wide toes and have plenty of support and width.

I have been looking for a pair of shoes to walk in; both pavement and park trails that weren't too bulky and yet provided support. These shoes fit the bill perfectly! I put them on at 6:30 AM and had them on until 10:00 PM the first day with absolutely no issues. Pure comfort . . . they felt so good I didn't want to take them off. They are better than barefoot!!

I enjoy the feeling of being barefoot...BUT, I have arch support, heel cup comfort and a lightweight shoe that I can run, walk, exercise in without having to watch my step if I WAS actually barefoot. No break in time, shoes were comfortable, supportive and look good. I find that I wear them even when I am not exercising...VERY COMFORTABLE.

I have been transitioning to minimalist footwear and this will probably be my last stop (too squeamish to actually run barefoot, and not keen on FiveFingers). These shoes are lightweight, comfortable, and fit my feet (narrow at the heel, wide at the forefoot) very well. Feels great to run in them, though it's too soon to see if my feet/body will tolerate them over the long haul. I appreciate that unlike most running shoes, it seems that I can wear these all the time without having to worry about wearing them down, etc.
One note about fit: I said that they are "true to size," but that's a bit misleading. I typically wear a 7-7.5 in street shoes, and an 8 in running/athletic shoes. I need a 7.5 here (the 8's were way too big). I would recommend ordering your street shoe size in these...

can't speak to durability because i've only had them a month, but so far i love love love them. they're my first foray into the barefoot scene and i'm definitely a believer. super comfortable, lightweight, nice looking... definitely recommended.

They are a great all around shoe. But if you like padding this is not for you. I like that I am very close to the ground and not wearing a brick.
