          This shoe fits a longer, narrow foot very well. I've been wearing this style for the past 4 years and they have served me very well. Holds up well for the amount of running I do (20 miles per week). Love the navy laces...they used to always be white.
          I wear an 8.5 or 9 in most shoes, but for these, definitely a 9. Go a half size up for a great fit.
          I wish they were just a bit lighter, but they are by no means a heavy shoe. I also would love a few other color choices, but Mizuno is all about substance over style (unlike many other athletic shoes brands). They are very supportive and fit perfectly from the very first wear!
