Comments about Stoats Oat Bar:

I've been ordering these delicious bars directly from the Stoats company in Scotland for years (and paying very high shipping costs), so imagine my delight when I found these on the REI website! They are my pre-long run/marathon staples because they are filling, just mildly sweet, and oatmeal is a complex carbohydrate. They are also great for when I cannot get out for lunch. The only minor drawback is that they are a bit crumbly, so be sure to have a napkin handy. Love them!
