With user-friendly features like large handwarmer pockets, a trim-fitting hood and a dropped rear hem, the Beta SL is great to have along when the weather turns nasty
2.5-layer Gore-Tex PacLite is engineered specifically to be light, packable and more breathable than other 2- or 3-layer Gore-Tex fabrics
A waterproof membrane is laminated to the shell fabric and then covered by a thin, durable protective coating made of an oleophobic (oil-hating) substance

Comments about Arc'teryx Beta SL Jacket - Men's:

For what it is, highly satisfied. Simple water/wind protection. Hood adjusts nicely. Very light. However, it does attract little stains of who knows what.. I don't know how to clean it either, no washing instructions on the shell. Seemed like a great way to buy into a great brand. Quality really shows through in the fit; looks snug, plenty of room for layers.
