I usually wear a size 2, but had to get a size 4.
I like the cotton/hemp blend; comfortable for around-town and quick hiking treks, not for backpacking.
Internal adjustable strap a bit unnecessary, but it is discreet & not bothersome.
A good pair of pants with versatility for the price.
