Isis Raindrop Trench Coat - Women's - 2011 Closeout
The Isis Raindrop Trench coat is street smart and weather tight. And, the long length offers more protection than a regular jacket.
- Waterproof fabric offers breathable storm-level protection; fully taped seams ensure the Raindrop Trench coat keeps you dry
- Durable Water Repellent finish causes water to bead up and roll off, fending off light rain showers and snow
- Nylon dobby fabric is soft and quiet, and has a nice textural appeal; interior print also looks great
- Brimmed hood adjusts for a fit that allows good peripheral vision; soft chin guard protects skin from abrasion
- Front zipper allows ventilation and fit adjustments; exterior draft flaps secure with lightweight rip-and-stick buttons
- Partial elastic cuffs adjust with dual snap closure; sleeves roll up and secure with snap tabs
- Side waist tabs let you adjust the fit for more or less roominess
- Rear hem is dropped slightly
- Mesh and taffeta-lined zip hand pockets have snap-close flaps; includes an internal zip security pocket with a separate cell phone pocket, and a mesh stow pocket

I ordered this rain trench for a trip to Ireland planned for October. Needed something practical, lightweight for packing, long, and RAINPROOF. This was exactly what I was looking for. The Large fit perfect - I am 5'9" and 155lb. The surprise was the pockets.. you have access to the pockets from both the front and the inside. I am very happy with this purchase.

The lovely trenchcoat look was completely spoiled by the plastic interior mainly, which sticks to your skin. Since this is a very lightweight rainjacket, you would be wearing it against skin. For rainwear over $100 it should have some kind of comfort lining. The other problem was the fit. It is made as though for an extra-tall frame. When the belt is tightened the shoulders rise and slough/droop. That ruins the trenchy style that was so attractive to begin with. Nothing about this coat felt right.
