Wear a cami underneath

I bought this as a swimsuit cover-up for my upcoming honeymoon in Tahiti. I love the fabric and vibrant colors. (I bought the blue and green one) The fabric is super soft and because it wicks, it would be great to throw on over a bikini. However, the fit is odd. It's bigger than expected on top (I'm a C cup and the small is still slightly too big) The top area is baggy and the deep v-neck shows a ton of cleavage. This would work better with a camisole underneath but that defeats the purpose I bought it for. I think I will keep but not sure how many times I will end up wearing it.
