Comments about Shimano SH-MT22 Mountain and Touring Bike Shoes - Men's - 2011 Overstock:
I use these for Spin class. I didn't want to spend a wad of cash on shoes I wasn't sure I would continue to wear, but I've stuck with the class and these shoes have been great. I got them on clearance, so they were affordable. I don't regret this purchase. I prefer the men's bike shoes, as the women's are too narrow for me. They Lace up instead of Velco, so it takes a bit more time, but not a huge negative for me.

Comments about Shimano SH-MT22 Mountain and Touring Bike Shoes - Men's - 2011 Overstock:
I use these to ride to work, 16 to 50 miles(depending on metro use). They are a solid cycle shoe with the added plus of not looking like a cycle shoe. I wouldn't want to walk miles in them due to the standard stiff sole, but for around the office and in stores, they are very comfortable. I do recomend smartwool or simular socks to be used with these.

Comments about Shimano SH-MT22 Mountain and Touring Bike Shoes - Men's - 2011 Overstock:
These are nice shoes that look good in the office and feel good on the bike. They are basic, but fulfill my clipless pedal needs. They are also not so tight (adjustable with the laces) and I can fit warmer socks into them without feeling squeezed.
