Comments about Mountain Hardwear Enterprise Daypack:
This is my second Enterprise Daypack. My first one finally expired through years of abuse and overstuffing. I travel a lot, and I carry quite a bit of gear with me. After my first MH Enterprise was no longer an option for me to carry, I tried a few other styles of packs. I'm finally done with the experiments and have returned to the pack I was always happy with. This pack holds a lot of stuff, and with the number of pockets and compartments, it's easy to locate things that are accessed often, and store things that are not. My biggest problem with my original Enterprise is that it held too much! I overpacked all the time because I could. I'm trying to do better with my new one, because of the excessive weight.
This pack is great for the office, international trips, a day hike, or school. It is very versatile. My first one was not set up to hold a water bladder. This new version is, which is great! To be clear, my first pack never failed me. The construction is solid and MH uses fantastic materials.
I highly recommend this pack!

Comments about Mountain Hardwear Enterprise Daypack:
I wanted to use the product daily to store books and my gym clothes while I commute to work everyday. Part of my commute involves walking and it started feeling heavier and main straps were uncomfortable on my shoulders. It could be because it was a little tall for my size. Will look for a better suit!

Comments about Mountain Hardwear Enterprise Daypack:
I bought this pack to lug a backpack to work and back. I looked everywhere for a pack or bag I liked and ended up with this one.
It's quite comfortable and adjustable. The shoulder straps are well padded and adjust well. The sternum strap helps with properly positioning the weight. The hip/waist strap isn't very useful. A proper hip belt would have been nice, but not a deal killer. The spacer pads on the back do a reasonably good job of providing ventilation and comfort for your back. However, I usually end up with a sweaty back out on the trails.
It has lots of space, which is well organized. The main compartment has a padded sleeve for your laptop. There's a cinch strap at the top which lets you suspend your laptop so it doesn't sag to the bottom of the pack. The sleeve fits large 15.x inch laptops. My thick and heavy Thinkpad fits very well. I also slide an iPad in there with it and both are well protected. The main compartment also has a soft fleece sunglass pocket with velcro closure.
I was pleasantly surpised that the laptop sleeve fits a hydration reservoir quite nicely. The sleeve appears to be waterproof and the top of the compartment has a reservoir hanger strap and a hydration tube routing slot. The shoulder straps also have guides for the tube.
Basically, it has all the bladder features as my hiking and backpacking packs. I've used this pack with a CamelBak Antidote 100oz reservoir several times hiking and mountain biking with no problems or leaking. This feature adds greatly to the versatility as you can repurpose this as a great pack for day hikes or rides.
There is another large compartment with all kinds of organizer slots and dividers. This compartment also has an interior zippered mesh key pocket with a key clip. There are two nicely sized zippered pockets on the back and two mesh side pockets. The mesh pockets work well, but might not be the best with tall water bottles.
Other nice touches like daisy chain loops, padded lug handles, tool loop and compression straps round out the pack very nicely. This is really a pack that would work equally well for commuting or hiking. It's comfortable, stable, tough and versatile. I've been really happy with this pack.
