Ready for some all-mountain riding, the Giro Feature mountain bike helmet boasts a shape that offers a little more coverage than traditional helmets along with easy fit adjustment and good venting.

  • In-mold technology bonds the helmet's tough outer polycarbonate shell to the impact-absorbent expanded polystyrene liner, creating a lightweight, cool and strong helmet
  • In-Form fit system offers up to 6cm of one-handed fit and stability adjustment, even with gloves on, thanks to an easy-to-use dial at base of helmet
  • Separate vertical tuning feature adjusts the fore/aft tilt of the helmet on your head to enhance peripheral vision and optimize fit
  • 12 vents are placed to optimize airflow, especially when climbing at lower speeds
  • Visor on the Giro Feature mountain bike helmet offers 15° of vertical adjustment; helmet is compatible with most goggles

    I bought this to replace my Nutcase helmet, which is too heavy for the amount of riding I want to do. It is comfortable except for one little spot on the very top of my head, but I think that's honestly my unusual head shape. I have a very large head, and overall the fit is excellent. The straps work well. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is that I haven't owned it long enough to have reliability information yet; if I remember in a couple of years, I'll swing by and update.

    Giro got it right with the Feature. This helmet is lightweight and you don't keep feeling it on your head. It has a low profile, not bulky or heavy at all, and it looks great. Plus the ventilation is pretty good - obviously not as good as some other ultralight helmets, but acceptably good.

    This helmet has only a strap length adjustment. No ear adjustments, and the straps are pretty thin: therefore the length of the chinstrap can move more easily. Fixed with some electrical tape...but overall, no complaints! Get this helmet!

      Wow, this MTB helmet gets it! I read all the reviews in the bike rags and thought I'd give it a shot. It's better than the reviews. It's amazing how light this helmet is. Straps are easy to adjust and they are made with a more light weight material than other helmet straps. You can adjust the helmet fit from the back with a dial system. I took the helmet out on a warm day and the venting was better then my road bike helmet. I sure hope Giro keeps this in the helmet line up for years to come.
