I recieved this Watch last Christmas as a gift. I couldn't be happier. I use the pedometer everywhere. I especially love it at work because since I work at a computer all day, it gets me up to walk around the office every hour. Bascally I turn on the pedometer in the morning when I'm heading into work, and after an hour of inactivity(no walking), it beeps at me and turns off the pedometer. That tells me I need to turn it back on and take a lap around the office to keep my legs fresh!

Secondly the Heart Rate Monitor is fantastic. Its nice to get to a fat burning zone and know when you're pushing yourself too hard.

I wear this watch everywhere and its been a great exercise partner the past few months.

All I have to say is if your looking for a watch with everything you need to be active, look no further, especially for this price!

Absolutely no complaints!
