I really wanted to get a wristwatch that could read my heart rate without the chest strap. I read too many reviews saying how inaccurate they are. I decided to try this and truth is, I notice the chest strap is there, but it doesn't bother me at all. It's not uncomfortable and it stays in place during a run, ski, or bike ride just under my sports bra. I can look down at my watch whenever I want and see my heart rate without having to touch a button. Very convenient. Love it. Also alerts me when I'm in my target heart rate zone, which I customized for myself.
