    I use this yoga mat for daily practice. 2 weeks in the mat started to fall apart- little pieces actually peeling up where my feet go. It is super soft and comfortable but I already need to buy a new mat and my previous mat lasted me years and years...

    Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
