The REI Member Dividend
The REI dividend is a unique benefit of membership in the REI co-op. It's comprised of your member refund—typically 10% back on eligible purchases—and/or your REI Visa® card rebates.
Each March, active REI members and REI Visa cardholders who earned a rebate receive a refund in the form of an annual dividend notice.
Only active members receive annual dividend notices. To maintain your active status as an REI member, you need to make net merchandise or shipping purchases of at least $10 per year, unless you joined that year. Member numbers are issued in one name and only that person receives the member refund. Your number can be used by others in your family, but it cannot be transferred to someone else.

I have owned multiple multi-tools over the years and finally decided to pick up a Leatherman with my dividend and a coupon. This thing puts them all to shame. Even though I bought it at a discount, I would have gladly paid the full retail price. It is extremely sharp, very well made, and I use it multiple times every single day.

This was a gift and a replacement. So far I used it to fix my girls dress shoes and cut and package X-mas gifts. Once winter is over, we plan on taking it camping with us.

Comments about Leatherman Wingman Multitool:
It's a great multi-use tool, plain and simple. It's helpful to have for any number of uses, or issues that require a screwdriver, a pair of pliers, a knife, etc. I'm glad to have it, and use it whenever the occasion calls for it.

Comments about Leatherman Wingman Multitool:
Leathermans are great. Super fantastic. I've owned several. But this one has no carrying case/pouch. It is way too heavy to carry in a pocket, so a pouch is a must. Now I have to send it back. I'll get the entry level Gerber, which is five dollars more - $5 that go towards the pouch, no doubt.

Comments about Leatherman Wingman Multitool:
When I first saw this tool I thought that this was too good to be true. I couldn't believe that Leatherman had a tool of this size for this price. All the tools are exactly what I need on a daily basis, which makes it a perfect EDC for me. I love that the pliers are spring loaded. Also the knife and the scissors on the outside are perfect, because they are the tools that I use the most. It's great that I don'
My only complaint (and it's a minor one) is the screwdrivers are a tad too big for normal household screws. I find myself using the tip of the file rather than the actual screwdrivers.
Other than that great tool and quality, I'm sure I'll have this for years to come.

I used this as my primary go to tool for two recent wilderness trips, sea kayaking around Olympic National Park and rafting through Wrangell St. Elias National Park. The tool is functional, sturdy, and has a nice combination of tools that get used. I found it especially nice to have the scissors and blade on the outside. Can't beat the quality for the price.

Comments about Leatherman Wingman Multitool:
I'm glad to see the new addition to the Leatherman lineup. One flaw (I think) with a lot of their tools is the fact that you need to open the pliers before being able to get to the blade. Because the blade and scissors open from the opposite side, that isn't an issue with this knife.
I'm amazed at how sharp the blade is. It has a nice weight (feels solid) without being bulky. This is a great compromise when it comes to variety of tools, size and price. Well done, Leatherman!

Comments about Leatherman Wingman Multitool:
Seems like a pretty solid purchase. I am a minimalist, and this knife has the tools I use most often and nothing extra. The blade is sturdy, as are the scissors...I'm not a huge fan of scissors in a knife, but these seem worthwhile.
