The REI Member Dividend
The REI dividend is a unique benefit of membership in the REI co-op. It's comprised of your member refund—typically 10% back on eligible purchases—and/or your REI Visa® card rebates.
Each March, active REI members and REI Visa cardholders who earned a rebate receive a refund in the form of an annual dividend notice.
Only active members receive annual dividend notices. To maintain your active status as an REI member, you need to make net merchandise or shipping purchases of at least $10 per year, unless you joined that year. Member numbers are issued in one name and only that person receives the member refund. Your number can be used by others in your family, but it cannot be transferred to someone else.

Comments about Novara Zipper Balance Bike - Boys':
The bike seems well enough made,
It glides well reasonable well.
overall it is a nice introduction to biking for a child that is just learning. In a year or so the step up to a peddle bike should be an easy transition.
The specs on the box claim 3+years old, our son is 3 and is by no means short for his age but he just barley straddles the bike with the seat all the way down.
As a learning tool this bike does the trick just fine.

At first sight relay like the bike, so I purchased it for 3 half year old nephew, the little boy liked it very much, but the bike is way to big for that age and way to heavy too, hes feet barely reach the ground when seated, and because of the heavy weight of the bike he kept loosing balance so fast.
This bike is for at least a 4 years old child, the manufacturer says from 2 years old, that's not true, this bike is way to big and way to heavy for under 4.

My 5 yo daughter loves this bike. In just a couple of weeks she went from timid to all-out, riding it indoors on our hardwood floors, balancing/coasting/turning. It feels super-high quality. What a great deal w/ my 20% off coupon.

Comments about Novara Zipper Balance Bike - Boys':
Purchased this for my 3 1/2 year old son. I think the bike is great and a great tool in learning to balance and to handle the bike before adding the pedaling aspect in.
Pros:
Sturdy, not too heavy, glides very well. Seems very well made and solid. Seems like it will last a while.
Cons:
- He is average height for his age and the bike is just a tad too tall for him at the lowest seat setting. I could saw off part of the seat insert bar, but that didn't seem feasible at the time, and when he does get taller, then he would outgrow it.
- wish it had a kick stand in the back so that the bike doesn't lay on the floor at the park, or i don't have to mount it up in the garage.
Overall, a great bike and i highly recommend this to anybody. There are other brands out there, but i have not tried them out so i cannot compare. I am satisfied with my purchase though!
