          Its a little too big to fit in a cup holder and it leaks in 3 places. First, where the plastic is inserts in the steel bottle, the liquid comes through. The 'main plug' also leaks slightly. The button based seal on the top also leaks.

          In short, not very happy with at least the one I got from my local rei. I'll give it another try in case it improves but this one is likely going back one way or the other.

            I use this at work to sip on my coffee all morning long, and for car rides. Perfect size, fits 20oz. Maintains heat incredibly well. Easy to clean. Fits in cupholder snugly. Doesn't leak.

            Once I made coffee at 7am and filled this thermos, didn't drink it until 2pm and it was STILL PIPING HOT!

              I wasn't expecting the results I got when I inadvertently forgot my coffee in this bottle for over five hours. IT WAS STILL HOT!!! That darn near sold me on a 5 star rating right there but there was more. It has good capacity, clean taste, no leaking, and an easy hold shape. I can't recommend this highly enough. I normally don't give an item 5 stars. It has to be better anything similar I've ever used before AND at a reasonable price. This is a very, very good product...

                ...and yes, it hurts. But what more do you need say for a product endorsement? I have a powered coffee mug that is supposed to keep my beverages warm, and it doesn't do as good of a job as this vacuum bottle. I also like the convenience and safety of the lid button that releases and seals the container. I'm not referring to the flip top, which is nice for keeping your lid free from contamination, but the actual lid that seals the top. I'm definitely buying another one of these bottles for my camp.
