I got this helmet for my wife so I don't have much to say on the actual helmet. Although the helmet seems very nice and the ear phone slots are great. However, the customer support for REI is the best I've dealt with! The Helmet was shipped by USPS to my place of work but I never got it. REI was happy to send me a replacement without even asking.
