Comments about Smith Holt Snow Helmet - Men's:

I had a very old helmet that needed replacing and I wasn't needing anything fancy. The Holt simply gets the job done without a ton of the unnecessary bells and whistles. I use it for going backcountry, all-mountain, and a smidgen of park riding. It is warm enough on a cold day and cool enough for spring snowboarding. The peripheral vision is fantastic. It is a little on the heavy side, but not too much to make your neck hurt at the end of a glorious day on the mountain.

Purchased this for my son after trying a different brand and having to replace because of fit and discomfort. My son forgot it was even on his head! I asked how it was feeling after a day of skiing and he honestly forgot it was there. Great helmet and a great price compared to some others out there. Strongly recommend.
