Comments about Burton Emerald Snowboard Boots - Women's - 2010 Closeout:

I have not yet ridden in these boots, so I can't comment to that. I bought them because my main boots are Vans and do not fit in my Voile Light Rail splitboard bindings (think boot cankles). The Burton Emeralds definitely fit the Light Rail criteria, but I usually wear 7.5 W at the most, and the 7.5 in these boots curled my toes. Ow. I found references later saying that at least in these former year models (2010 in this case), they run at least a half to one size small. I sent the 7.5s back and got 8s, which are still pretty snug but I think will pack out just fine, and my toes aren't jammed in the ends. I just wanted to write something because I think it's important to know before you have them delivered to you--order at least a half size up from your top size!
