          While these aren't horrible, they certainly aren't anything to write home about. Now that I have about 45 miles on them, whatever rigidity they had is no longer evident. Bottom line, they are an improvement over whatever flimsy insole liner most hiking boots come with, but they add very little in the way of actual support.

              I purchased this product to put inside of my Chrome, Red Sole SPD cycling/street shoes. I have remarkably flat feet and the stock Chrome insoles were not cutting the mustard for either riding or walking/working/life etc.

              I have been using this product for going on 2 weeks and my feet no longer feel awful after a long day of riding/walking/standing.

              I have not experienced any negative aspects to this purchase.

              Service and delivery comments:

              The sales associate at the REI in Berkeley sat me down in front of an entire wall of arch-support products and dropped some serious science on the style, type, reason, and ethos behind a correctly applied shoe insole. The only way I could have been more impressed was if he had pulled out a projector and done a powerpoint presentation.
              Excellent service. 10/10. Gold Star. Neat-o.

                I use with my Alpine boots. For the past six years I have had plantar fasciitis in both feet. I used to wear plastic support insoles and they were awful. Finally, I gave them up but still needed something. Someone told me about insole support from a generic pharmacy store. I looked and decided to look for something more comfortable and found this product> It works.
