These run a bit small. I'm usually a 32" waist and i'm about 5'10 and these were a bit short length wise. I also find that they are a bit too tight around the ankle and make it hard to fit warm socks under them or adjust socks. However, they are warm and comfortable and a good price. I would suggest going a size larger than you might normally.
