The Burton Custom Flying V snowboard offers the best of both rocker and camber, and is your springboard to adventure! This responsive board lets you squeeze out every possible ounce of power.

Rocker between and outside the feet enhances playfulness and float in powder; subtle camber zones underneath feet combine with edge-gripping tech to add pop, snap and power
Burton Channel M6 system offers unlimited, on-the-fly stance adjustability and is compatible with traditional Burton 3D® bindings
The Channel lets you fine-tune your stance width to the millimeter; then you'll dial in your toe-to-heel centering and rotate your angles in 1 fell swoop
Lightning Bolt fiberglass energy strands radiate outward from the Channels to the board's edges, providing poppiness and responsiveness without stiffening the board
Wood core is snappy, strong and responsive; wood grain positioned along toe and heel edges is positioned perpendicularly to the core for superior edge hold and strength
Lightweight Carbon I-Beam™ riding up the board's spine adds to board's longitudinal snap
Squeezbox tech transfers energy outwards from under your feet, energizing the tip and tail for added snap when exiting a turn and ollieing
Additionally, Squeezbox creates a more stable board that can be powered up and manipulated with less effort
Meaty 10:45 sidewalls optimize 2 different angles to absorb impact for aggressive riders

I took the extra time to sign up and write this review, just so that maybe one more person can experience the ride of this board. I got this for my birthday and I just got to ride it today a month later. From the first time I got on it was stable and fast. It has a great turning ability and great flexibility. It was a true joy to ride it. It must have a auto correct feature because I felt like I rode so much better on this than a rented board. AWSOME BOARD, BUY IT!

Comments about Burton Custom Flying V Snowboard - 2011/2012:

Bought this with the highest hopes. Replaced a 2009 Custom. I not only bought the board, but I bought into the "new technology". After 4 days, I'm convinced that the cambers/rockers are a marketing ploy. I can't predict the way the board will react. The slightest variance with any turn produces a totally different reaction from the board each time. And if it's not powder; forget about any control, you have to literally adjust your angle of carving/turning 5 subtle ways each turn just to get an edge.
Love the quality of Burton and it is very well made. I just think the pendulum has swung WAY TOO FAR on this rocker/camber craze.
Definitely rent or borrow one before buying. I'd be happy to sell you mine :-)
