Superfeet Copper DMP premium insoles use a passive molding process to shape the insoles to your feet, providing a custom, supportive platform underfoot.

    • Multiple layers of material work to support feet while a dynamic, impressionable foam molds to the shape of your feet without compromising stability or cushioning
    • Molding does not require the use of an external heat source—simply slide the Copper DMP insoles into your shoes and the they conform to your feet as you use them
    • 3/4-length polypropylene heel caps cradle heels, stabilize feet and provide arch support; reinforced midfoot area helps maintain midfoot flexibility
    • Smooth nylon topsheets help reduce friction and hot spots, and are treated with AgION™ antimicrobial treatment to help control odor
    • Recommended for low-impact activites; low profile makes these well suited to casual or tighter-fitting shoes
    • Superfeet Copper DMP premium insoles accommodate all arch types, though are ideal for low- to medium-arch feet

Great for feet, lousy for Goretex

Comments about Superfeet Copper DMP Premium Insoles - Low to Medium Volume:

I have crazy narrow feet with low arches. I bought the narrowest hiking boots I could find (Lowa Renegade in women's narrow), but my feet still slid around in them. So, with the help of a footwear specialist at my local REI, I tried just about every available premium insole in the boots in an attempt to achieve a good fit. The Superfeet Copper was by FAR the most comfortable and best fit for my feet--the difference was stunning. Unfortunately, the REI associate did not mention that the Coppers are totally inappropriate for a Goretex boot like the Renegade, because of the sharp little pillars on the bottom of the insole. The first time I wore the Coppers in the Renegades, they ground a hole into the Goretex lining. Grrrr. So I'm not quite sure how to rate these insoles--5 stars for comfort, zero stars for being appropriate for my needs. The box does not specify that the insoles can damage Goretex linings; you have to go onto the Internet to find that information. It looks like the only Superfeet models that are Goretex-safe are the Green and Berry (or Orange for men), both of which have arches too high for my feet. So it looks like I'll have to turn to another brand, like Sole or SofSole. Superfeet, if you're listening: why not make all your insoles with smooth bottoms, so that they don't destroy the insides of shoes?

        Service and delivery comments:

Am very frustrated that the REI sales associate did not tell me that the insoles were totally inappropriate for the boots I intended to use them in.

If it is too large for your shoes, then it is easy to trim to fit.
