Comments about REI Lightweight Waterproof Gloves - Men's - Special Buy:
I bought these gloves for fall biking and winter camping and I was pleased with the performance. They were waterproof enough for the uses I put them to, they feel comfortable, and they kept my hands and fingers warm. I like how far up my forearm the sleeve of the glove extends (especially important during snowy conditions), and you can't beat the price.

Comments about REI Lightweight Waterproof Gloves - Men's - Special Buy:
Tried these for commuting on my bike. Kept my hands from freezing at temps down to around 30 deg. Air leaks through the seams in the fingers so below 30 deg they didn't keep my fingers from becoming numb. The first time I rode in heavy rain the gloves became soaked within 20min. Not from water entering at my wrist.

Comments about REI Lightweight Waterproof Gloves - Men's - Special Buy:
Bought these to use commuting on my bike. Great cool weather gloves from 32 deg up to 50 deg. Below freezing the wind chill is too much for the fingers. They are great for cold weather aerobic activity, snowshoeing and going up hill with BC skis, as a lightly insulated, breathable, shell.
Decent fit for my stubby thick hands, seem to stay dry in the rain and from perspiration, and I like the way they cover my wrists and jacket cuffs.

Comments about REI Lightweight Waterproof Gloves - Men's - Special Buy:
They are good for 40+ degrees, but anything colder, I would wear a warmer glove. The lining pulls inside out quite easily when you pull you hand out making it difficult getting your fingers back in when putting on the glove. I use them while riding my scooter during the fall.
