Comments about Burton Stiletto Snowboard Bindings - Women's - 2011/2012:
Upgraded from an entry level board to a Burton Troop and found my 4x4 bindings didn't integrate well. Couldn't be happier that I found these. They are super easy to adjust, and get into/out of, with excellent padding.

Comments about Burton Stiletto Snowboard Bindings - Women's - 2011/2012:
Very comfortable bindings, compared to my last pair. Easy to install if you don't have your board at hand when purchasing. The latches are easy to tighten but also easy to undo. So easy that when somebody ran into me (not my fault!) my boot popped out of my binding. Not sure if I like this "emergency release" feature, but when boarding without obstruction my boots did feel very secure in these bindings. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase.
