Normally were a 7.5-8, and got the 8-9 size --- barely fits! Can't really tell these are wider than usual shoes (I have a wide foot and they feel a little tight, but maybe not as tight as regular ones?). Overall, very happy with these - they keep my feet warm and allow me to wander around the house and yard!
