    Atlas Snowfall 25W Snowshoes - Women'sis rated2.5out of5by2.
Rated3out of5byfromUser friendlyThe ease of using these snowshoes is one of its best features! I'm not a seasoned snowshoer per say, these are the first pair of shoes I've owned. I rented and borrowed plenty before my purchase however. I love the ease of getting in and out of these shoes. They grip well on slopes provided you step properly and they stay on even trudging thru 4 feet of fresh snow. To provide feedback on the other comment here about the back strap slipping, I believe what type of boot you wear will be a factor here. I have a boot with a ridge on the back/heel and as long as I have the strap above that ridge, no problems with it slipping off. When I wear a different boot, I too have problems with it slipping a bit, but if you get it good and tight, it will stay. I have a niece who is developmentally delayed, she has been out with us this winter and these shoes are very easy for her to navigate in and out of compared to ones with lots of straps and loops. 2 thumbs up from both of us!

Rated2out of5byfromNot for meI like to go snow shoeing on trails in the mountains with the ability to go off trail. I have gone 3x with these snow shoes to see if maybe I just wasn't fastening them correctly. Not the case. I even had a friend try them out. Every time the back strap came loose multiple times. Super frustrated to be out there and have to stop several times just to make sure your snowshoe didn't come off. I'm not sure I'd recommend this to anyone who actually likes snowshoeing. I will be returning these, sadly.
