      I use 2 of these every time we car camp and they keep my Dutch oven lids from getting dirty - a great investment for the serious camp chef!

        Comments about Lodge Camp Dutch Oven Lid Stand:

        I bought two of these when I bought my two Lodge Logic dutch ovens. In theory they look as if they'd be the perfect thing to set your dutch oven lids down on when stirring or serving food....but this is not the case. The convex underside and weight of the dutch oven lids make it tricky for this product to be of any use. In order for the lids not to slide off to one side and onto the ground, you must place the lid perfectly even on this stand (which you cannot even see once you get the lid close to it). If you have the lid over to one side too much...fail. Bump the lid? Same thing. I have tossed these stands into the junk pile and set the lid on two bricks instead...and thats if I set in on anything at all.

        Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
