Comments about Grandoe GCS Phantom Snow Gloves - Men's - 2010 Closeout:

I bought this glove for the 2011-2012 ski season and I use this glove mostly while alpine skiing. The glove fits very well, and with the leather palm and fingers, you get a good grip on your ski poles or other items. Also, this glove is very warm. My fingers did get a little cold at 5 degree F and below temps while riding lifts but as soon as you start skiing your hands will warm up quickly in these gloves.

I really like the flexibility of being able to remove the inner glove liner for warmer temps or for snowshoeing. I've worn the shells and liners separately for varying temps and wind conditions. The liners worn alone will not win any awards for style.

One thing I don't like, but I've adjusted to it, is that the cuff on these gloves doesn't really fit over a coat sleeve, so you must tighten the cuff and fit it inside your coat sleeve. Some may prefer this "in sleeve" cuff style, I like an "over the sleeve" cuff style so it took some getting used to.

Overall the gloves seem to be good quality, the seams are well sewn and the gloves have worn well for the 2011-12 season after about 30 days of skiing and snowshoeing a couple of times.
