I bought this jacket before a trip to Denver and it did a fantastic job of keeping this Atlantian warm. It didn't seem over-sized on my smaller frame and provided a great pillow for the plane ride. The pockets were a big convenience, though bulged a bit since the jacket was a snug, stylish fit. The extended sleeves were the best part, and I often didn't require gloves to stay comfortable. My only complaints would be that the hood is a bit small and didn't do much to protect my face from rain, and also the bottom snap broke the first time I put the coat on.

While the jacket fits true to size for my petite frame, it does have its flaws. Originally, I'd ordered the jacket through REI. When I pulled the jacket out of the packaging, it was shedding right away and would not stop. I went into the REI store near my home to exchange it for a new one. The same thing happened with the 2nd jacket. I don't know if the stitching is loose or what but the feathers keep shedding and it is such a nuisance! I am returning this coat for a full refund. Needless to say, I would not recommend this jacket to anyone.
