The REI Member Dividend
The REI dividend is a unique benefit of membership in the REI co-op. It's comprised of your member refund—typically 10% back on eligible purchases—and/or your REI Visa® card rebates.
Each March, active REI members and REI Visa cardholders who earned a rebate receive a refund in the form of an annual dividend notice.
Only active members receive annual dividend notices. To maintain your active status as an REI member, you need to make net merchandise or shipping purchases of at least $10 per year, unless you joined that year. Member numbers are issued in one name and only that person receives the member refund. Your number can be used by others in your family, but it cannot be transferred to someone else.

my favorite socks - the perfect amount of cushion for me, and high enough merino wool content to keep them stink-free. i walk miles and miles and miles in these when i take the dogs out, and i always stay comfortable. my first pair are finally starting to wear out after almost 3 years of colder weather use so i've stocked up on 3 more pairs, in every colorway.
sizing for smartwool is typically accurate, and has been the case for me with the Saturnsphere as well.

Comments about SmartWool Saturnsphere Socks - Women's:
These socks got me through two farm seasons, a year of resaurant work, a couple hundred miles, and more cold nights than I can count. I have maybe a half dozen pairs-- they're the only socks I want to wear. The thinner smartwool socks work better in summer, but I've worn these on ninety degree days in a pinch, and they were fine. Best socks ever.

These were a gift from my aunt who knows I am a sock nut! They are my favorite socks and I wear them every chance I get. They've been washed and dried many times and they're still holding up. They are super comfy, keep my feet warm, breathe well, and wick away moisture.

Comments about SmartWool Saturnsphere Socks - Women's:
I wore SmartWool socks with good, well-fitting sneakers while walking around Washington DC streets. Result: big blisters on the bottom of ball of foot and some toes. I wasn't able to change socks all day, unfortunately. Normally I would have worn cotton Thorlo socks; I wish I had! I appreciate the qualities of wool, but the SmartWool seemed too abrasive for long wear situations.

I have 2 pairs of these and 1 pair of another design. In drafty areas I wear them all the time to keep my ankles and feet warm. The bottoms wear out on me because I wear them so much, but I still love them. They look great with jeans and leather shoes and I get a lot of comments about them.
