Pretty good pant for the price. Used a few times for skiing in the warm and wet Washington ski areas and even in the rainy slush stayed dry.

Only con really is the sizing. I am 6'3" and the L is just right length wise, but my waist is 34" and the L is quite large and pretty baggy all the way down

Nice pants...I recently used them for tube sledding at a local ski/sledding resort. Icy night at 27 deg F. These pants held up well. I have a variety of outerwear and these are a good addition to any winter attire.
The only con would be that I bought a Medium and thought they would be comfortable in the waist, but they were a bit snug. I'm 5'9" and 34 waist in all pants. I was able to tuck shirt which made it a bit snug. Otherwise, ready for the slopes of Colorado.

These pants are loaded with features. The ankle cuff has rubber coat on the inside that keeps it gripped to your boot and there are zippered pockets all over.

I normally wear a size 44 or 46 jeans and these pants fit me great in the waist. I am not constricted when I ski downhill as I am in other ski pants that are designed for skinnier people. My inseam is 32 and these pant were an inch or two too long but sit well on my ski boots (just a little too long when wearing shoes).

Additionally, I lost a little weight and the adjustable waist band doesn't adjust that much (maybe 1/4"), so don't count on that feature. However, there are belt loops.

Overall, great ski pants.

I wore these pants skiing and was pretty warm for the most part. The legs have zippers running up the seams almost to the knees and they're not windproof so it got pretty cold when I was sitting still on the chairlift. Once I got moving, though, I stayed really warm.

The pants and pockets are definitely waterproof from the outside, but by noon my wallet was soaked through and my cellphone was dripping with sweat that seemed to get trapped in the pockets. The exceptional waterproofing on these pants seems to have backfired a little bit.

I returned these after one use and got some five-fingered shoes instead! :D

Worked well for a ski trip. temps were in the upper teens low 20's and high winds. was just a bit cool (not uncomfortably cold) with midweight liner underneath - could have used a pair of long underwear. Thought fit was great - 6'1" 210lbs large was just right with the midweight liner underneath.
