    Nice-looking, quite warm but find it's not as flexible and comfortable as my UnderArmor Coldgear top. I have wide shoulders and shortish arms (32 sleeve) and find the sleeves on a Med. ride up when extending my arms so wouldn't recommend for cycling, weightlifting, etc. due to the thickness of the fabric and lack of flexibility (esp. at the armpits). 5'10"/148lb purchased a Med.
