The North Face Nuptse 2 women's down jacket is still a warm classic, but it's been redesigned for 2011 with a more feminine and flattering fit.

  • Constructed with ample 700-fill-power goose down, this high-loft down jacket delivers plush warmth in brutal conditions
  • Polyester faille shell fabric is wind resistant, water resistant and downproof
  • Double-layer taffeta paneling at shoulders provides added durability from abrasion caused by pack carrying; Durable Water Repellent repels moisture
  • Full-length front zipper has an internal draft flap, and collar is lined with soft microfiber
  • Self-fabric adjustable cuff tabs and hem drawcord
  • The North Face Nuptse 2 features 2 zip hand pockets, 1 of which doubles as a stuff sack; also includes an interior chest pocket

    I feel that North Face clothes typically run a bit big, so I'm glad I bought a small! That being said, this is a great jacket! I've been looking for a solid down jacket for awhile but have had trouble finding one that doesn't hide my curves, but this one finally fits the bill! It has a nice feminine fit and is very cozy and comfortable. The only thing I think it is missing is a hood (ideally a removable one), but for the great sale price that I got it at, I'm ok without one.
