This jacket is great. I am an urban commuter (drive, park car, walk, metro rinse and repeat for return trip) and need something warm, durable, and comfortable. I am a big fan of the chest pocket and the inside pocket (both zip). I've owned many jackets where the zipper get's caught on the material (thin nylon covering the zipper etc.) and becomes stuck (while trying a one hand zip while walking). So far the zipper and material is made in such a way that this should not happen.

The material seems durable only time will tell. The jacket has stretch to it so it doesn't feel too binding when extending arms or reaching back to put on the second strap of my laptop back pack. The lining of the jacket is all nylon and I don't have to pinch the end of my sleeves to prevent long sleeved shirts or sweaters from bunching up.

Water seems to bead off of the jacket but I have not warn it during a full rain storm.

Great comfortable, stylish, all black jacket with insulated hood.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
