I went through two of these jackets before finally giving up. The first got a hole on the outside shell, probably from someone poking fun at me. The second tore on the inside by the right shoulder blade. I didn't even realize either of these holes existed until I was wearing or trailing feathers. I did no rough-housing in these jackets and have no idea what I exposed them to, to cause the rips, but obviously my stand-around life style was too much for them. Great fit and great warmth, but I can't recommend it.

First off this jacket is warm. Very warm and very comfortable. I have worn it down to 20 degrees with just a t shirt with very little (pretty much just standing around) activity and was comfortable. This is a great jacket to throw on by itself when its cold without having to layer up. At around 40 degrees and above its usually too much and I have to unzip it.

The jacket looks a little short at first but I do believe it is on par with most brands and was never a real issue. I am 6'2" and have the XL.

The only issue I have is that it is a little too puffy to fit well under my shell.
