The girls' Columbia Bugaboo 3-in-1 parka features a versatile layering design that is sure to keep her warm.

Girls can wear either the shell jacket or fleece liner jacket separately, or zip them together on cold winter days
Omni-Tech® shell is waterproof, breathable and abrasion resistant; critical seams are taped for added protection
Nylon taffeta lining wicks moisture, dries quickly and holds its shape well
Cuffs have adjustable rip-and-stick tabs to seal in warmth
Removable hood is adjustable for enhanced protection and comfort
Columbia Bugaboo 3-in-1 parka features zippered handwarmer pockets and an interior security pocket

I'd buy this again in a heartbeat. We bought this for our 7 year old daughter for snow skiing and casual wear. We couldn't be more pleased. She is warm and comfortable all day. The layer system allows for some adjustment although she usually skis with both layers. Still looks brand new after a full winter of skiing and wearing the inner jacket in spring/fall weather. Fleece is plush. Outer layer is waterproof and windproof. Washes up beautifully. Love Columbia, right price, right performance!

My daughter wears this all the time. She hikes in it and still looks good for Mass. She loves how soft the fleece is. Never shows the dirt on the outer shell, the thing always looks clean even when she went swimming in the duck pond. It is totally amazing. Now, if you could make some hiking boots that can you can swim in, I will have it made. She loves it, I love it, we are good to go. Although she no longer sleeps in it, like she did when we first purchased it.

At first, my tween loved this jacket for spring snowboarding and outdoor activities along with the layering options. However, while wearing on the slopes all day, she complained that her chin hurt and continued to be irritated by the zipper on the outside shell. Although it doesn't have direct contact because the inside fleece is against her skin, it is stiff enough to create enough abbrasion for her chin to be scraped and raw at the end of the day. She will not wear this coat any more and we are looking for a replacement. Too bad--it is an attractive and functional jactet.
