Comments about Merrell Lithe Glove Cross-Training Shoes - Women's:
They are the kind of shoe where instead of being like, "ohhh man, I have to walk a mile", you are like, "YES! GET TO WALK A MILE!"
Second best after the Vibram Five-Finger (greatest shoe ever made) and you don't have to put up with people stopping you every five seconds asking you if your shoes are comfterable, and telling you they almost bought a pair.

Comments about Merrell Lithe Glove Cross-Training Shoes - Women's:
I actually returned the Merrell Pace Glove shoes for this pair and am glad I did. These shoes fit true to size and I can lace the shoes tight for my narrow feet. I generally wear a size 10 and the 10's fit great (unlike the Pace Glove which ran a full size small). They were very comfortable during a strenuous hike in MT as well as just walking down the street.

Comments about Merrell Lithe Glove Cross-Training Shoes - Women's:
Just purchased the Merrell Lithe Glove shoes in Dark Shadow and they fit me just like a glove. lol
My feet are 6.5 wide and these were comfortably snug when I tried them on in store. I also tried them on with a pair of thin ankle socks and they fit just fine. I love how they are lightweight and offer great arch support.
The absolute best part is how they make you step: on the ball of your foot instead of a heel strike. I am doing Couch to 5k and I haven't been able to get consistent on my pace and steps. My husband suggested that I try the Merrell shoes with Vibram soles since he got his pair last year. The difference from my old shoes is night and day. These shoes make it feel more natural to make that step. I know it'll take a few more runs for the aches to go away and to loosen up the shoe, but I am looking forward to it!

I love these shoes. They are very comfortable. They hug your feet in all the right places. I have bunions and have no problems with rubbing or room. I love that they are minimalist shoes, without individual toes. They are great to wear for running errands, work, working out, running indoors & out.

Comments about Merrell Lithe Glove Cross-Training Shoes - Women's:
I'm not a runner by a long stretch, so I can't judge these shoes for running. I am, however, an avid walker. Usually, my knees hurt after a few miles but not with these shoes. With these shoes, I feel no need for stopping (other than it getting dark out!). I originally bought these because I wanted a low profile sneaker for casual wear, but they are now my go to sneaker for casual wear and brisk walks. I typically do not wear socks with them and even when my feet sweat, the shoes don't stink. You'll want to avoid puddles, my feet aren't soaked after a walk in the rain. I hope Merrell makes these shoes forever; I don't ever see buying any other sneaker.

I was looking for a minimal running shoe that could do it all. I wanted something I could run on the trails in or take to the gym.
This shoe is awesome ! they broke in pretty quickly and since I've started using them I have had NO joint pain. I get sore muscles, but no joint pain. I love these and hope they never get discontinued.

I love this shoe. Shoe fits perfectly and is so comfortable. I wear them running, on the trails, to crossfit and walking the dog. I wear them barefoot and have no issues with blisters or slippery feet. I am about to purchase a second pair.

Comments about Merrell Lithe Glove Cross-Training Shoes - Women's:
I do lots of different activities like running, trail running, hiking, aerobics etc.. These are great for flat surface activities and just hanging out or shopping. Wish they were rugged so I could keep them on on the Arizona trails. The do not feel barefoot as much as they feel like a semi supportive glove. The only thing I have an issue with other than not being able to hike rocky trails is that one shoe pintches the back of my ankle. Since it is only one though I'm pretty sure it's just that shoe and may exchange it if I am willing to take it off. ;)

Comments about Merrell Lithe Glove Cross-Training Shoes - Women's:
I bought these for when I interval trail run and to double as a hiker. I didn't think I would wear this shoe much, as I mainly hike versus run. I now hike in these babies all the time. I thought I would have sore feet or would have issues w/ the "one w/ the trail" feeling I knew these shoes would give me, but that wasn't the case at all. I absolutely love them and would recommend anyone w/ an average arch give them a try. Not sure if they would benefit someone w/ low/high arches. First time out, they rubbed my heel; however, once I loosened the strings that never happened again. I especially love how the toe box has a rubber support on the outside, as I am a "toe stubber" and this helps greatly. I also wear these to work and love them as an everyday shoe as well.

This minimus hiking shoe has been great to me with all my hikes. It's rather comfy for long hikes and sometimes I do workouts with them too. Would highly recommend.
