I really do love this jacket. Recently, I was advised to purchase a medium in another North Face Triclimate. I absolutely swam in a medium, even with sweaters layered beneath. I went to REI to try the Move Down Jacket on, and grabbed both a S and a M. The small seemed large, so I didn't even try the medium on, but went back to try an XS. The XS fit better in the shoulders and body, and the arm length was better, but it was definitely tight around the bottom band. I was comfortable in the small, and didn't swim in it, so I went with that size. I tried it on again when I got home, and I know I made the right choice. It's great! The 4/5 stars is primarily because the sizing doesn't exactly match the chart.

For reference - I'm 5'8", 125 lbs, athletic - measurements are 34-26-37

Ordered online - which can be scary when you don't know how things will fit. Fit true to what I expected, and have loved it since I received it. Love that the fur hood liner is detachable!
