Got these to wear on my moto. First 3 hour road trip was a windy day in the mid 40's.
These made a difference!
I was wearing a top shelf suit (gore-tex). My legs were great (no faring on this bike). My top got a little chilly.

I used these as my go to tights for running around Pittsburgh / Frick Park this winter.

I pair them with compression boxers underneath, and on top I wear a thin long sleve wicking base layer & thin fleece jacket, with thin hat and gloves which come off during the run. I was good until about 20°F with typical windy weather. The tights have a perfect fit for me (medium = 32" waist with lean legs).

The tights are not highly insulated but have wind protection and just enough so that I was comfortable on my runs which are minimum 1hr. For shorter runs you may want something a little thicker in cold weather because you'll probably finish before you get too hot.

I have not done to many warm runs in them but they are comfortable up to about 50°F in cloudy/windy weather. If its sunny I wear shorts if over 50°F.

All in all just a perfect balance of support , warmth , breathability and comfort for me to run in this winter.

Fit is awesome on these.
I am 6 feet and weigh about 165lbs.
Waist size is 29-31 and I had to get a Small.
Medium worked for me too, but I heard from friends that they eventually loosen over time. Small is definitely long enough for my frame.
These pants fit well, and are great for early morning runs and the occasionally mud run.
Tough Mudder alumni here and these are ideal for cold weather events.
My only gripe is that these give you crazy swamp nuts if you use it for working out. This is avoidable if you wash it after every session, but who has time for that?
But, from my research with friends all of these compression pants give you swamp nuts.

Great set of tights for running and fast paced hiking. They aren't the most durable while running near shrubs and desert flora but the knee panels are durable enough to take a fall or two… trust me. Due to the large zippers on the legs they can be a little uncomfortable when wearing boots.

Purchssed because I was training for mud run events, planned on running in rain, and even jumping in lake at random times to acclimate body to colder water. it truly took the cold water shock away. Wore in rain and windy days too. Was a bit hot after the run of course maybe not as cold of weather as I thought when using these pants. Winter is almost here, I'm sure I will get plenty of use this season.
