The protruding buttons would seem easy to utilize when running (which is why I mostly purchased it), but also were activated when I didn't want them to be, (times, chrono's would be terminated/started/reset without me wanting them to be). 1/2 way through a run, I'd lose my data. calorie tracker never matched my treadmill data. ever. also "active and stop time" sensor seems too sensative as that data seemed to be innacaurate alot as well. you really have to keep your arms moving to stay on track (not something I want to think about when im running). strap is incredibly comfortable. other features perform as listed. mine went back to REI though.
