    I've used the Nitro exclusively as my main paddle for several uses. It's narrow blade width has less strain on my shoulders vs wider blades. I've used the paddle in surf, rivers, tidal rapids, flat water, racing, and high wind paddling. A local NW paddler won the 2009 Round the Rock with the Nitro.
