The CycleOps Fluid2 Bike Trainer and Training Kit give you everything you need to keep in cycling shape even when you can't head out on the roads or trails.

Kit includes the Fluid2 bike trainer, 2 climbing riser blocks, training mat, bike thong and a training DVD
Climbing riser blocks support your front wheel and adjusts the angle of your bike to vary the workout
Training mat protects your floor from sweat and bike grime; also helps stabilize the trainer so it will not wander under high-energy efforts
Absorbent cloth bike thong stretches between your handlebars and seat to catch dripping sweat, keeping if off expensive bike parts below
Trainer resistance level varies automatically based on your cadence and wheel speed directly by using your bike's own gears
