Rated5out of5byedumgrfromExcellent product..These are great water shoes. I have no negatives.. My biggest surprise was that these are made of crushed up limestone instead of the standard petroleum based neoprene. I can't even figure out how they made this out of rocks. Very cool, and eco-friendly.

Rated5out of5byChelseaDavefromKicker Water Shoes Way Above ExpectationI used this shoe primarily for surf/beach fishing in Florida, and also wore it while kayaking, also in FL. This shoe performed wonderfully throughout. Comparing it to what I alway wore before - open strap on sandals - the Kicker completely eliminated any thoughts of wearing my sandals in the water again. There was no drag on my feet while wading, and no sand ever got inside the shoe or under my foot - even while doing the "sting ray shuffle." Going back and forth from beach to water multiple times while fishing found me completely forgetting I was wearing footwear, and again, no sand ever got in. The sole is thick enough to walk on semi-rough terrain, and it grips well on wet surfaces. The velcro arch strap and the heel shock cord allowed for individual fit; I was able to get a large enough size to accommodate my somewhat wide toe box and still have an excellent fit. This shoe is not designed for walking on hard solid surfaces like sidewalks, but works great on soils, sand and water. It even allowed me to drag a kayak through 8" deep muck without any worry of the shoes coming off. The shoe dries somewhat slowly, but even when damp the shoe was easy to put on, and in the Florida weather being damp was not an issue.

Rated5out of5byRG1fromGreat for paddling and portagingI used these shoes for a recent week long trip to the Boundary Waters in Northern MN. I had planned to just use these for getting in and out of the boat and put on my hiking boots for portages. After the first couple days, though, I used these shoes for all the portages. They were comfortable, durable, and had a good sole on them.
I normally wear a 10.5 shoes, and I ordered an 11 in these. The 11s fit well, but couldn't have been any smaller.
The only downside of these shoes are that they don't drain or dry quickly while camping, so I did need a pair of camp shoes if I wanted to put on something dry at night.
