I haven't worn this jacket for running yet, just out doing errands. I received SO MANY compliments on it's looks, I don't think I've ever been complimented that much on anything! I purchased the brighter orange color. The fabric feels substantial, I can see that this will be great for cool summer running or to wear before a race. I think I may end up getting another one so I have one for casual wear and one for running. I am 5'8" 145lbs. with long arms and the medium fit great!

This is a good piece because it is functional and can be worn working out or as a casual top with jeans. The only thing I don't like is the neck. When fully zipped, it is a little tight. I have a normal sized neck. Otherwise, I love this top.

I bought this to wear over a base layer when canyoneering because it was close-fitting (won't get caught in the ropes) and it was inexpensive and clothes get beat up when canyoneering. Gotta say, I love this jacket. It's wind-resistant, layers well, and holds up well - and looks decent when you stop at a cafe on the way home. And it cleans up nicely in the wash - blood, dirt, mud, etc. all comes right out.
Sizing is pretty true - I normally wear a 12 on top, and got a large because I intended to layer it. If I was just planning to wear over a t-shirt, probably a medium would be better.
